Not sure I could run the whole lot, but my advice would be to pick the pack you want most (e.g. I use some of the aMidianBorn mods (creatures, and several of the armour retextures) and I only have 500mb of VRAM, I think (not on my PC right now so can't check, but it's pretty low).
